The Center for Neurology and Neurophysiology, PA, is at the forefront of neurology, multiple sclerosis management, and headache treatment in North Texas. With two convenient locations in Frisco and Southlake, the practice offers compassionate care and individualized treatment plans for each of its patients.
The neurologists at The Center for Neurology and Neurophysiology provide state-of-the-art medical care for neurological disease, specializing in the diagnosis, care, and treatment of disorders that include chronic migraines, episodic migraines and various headaches, epilepsy, neuropathy, post-stroke effects, multiple sclerosis, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, diabetic neuropathy, and other neurological disorders.

COVID-19 Precautions
Isolation:
If you are sick or test positive for COVID-19 isolate, even if you don’t have symptoms.

Developing cold or flu like symptoms.

Stay home for at least 5 days
- Within 10 full days, take precautions by wearing a well-fitted mask any time you are around others inside your home or in public.
Please contact your primary physician for further recommendations.
Calculating Isolation:
Day 0 is your first day of symptoms or a positive viral test. Day 1 is the first full day after your symptoms developed or your test specimen was collected.

Quarantine:
If you were exposed to COVID-19 or waiting on test results and are NOT up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccinations

Stay home and get tested
- Quarantine for at least 5 days

Wear a well-fitted mask if you must be around others in your home.
- Do not travel

If you develop symptoms Isolate immediately and get tested.
- Avoid being around people who are at high risk
Calculating Quarantine
The date of your exposure is considered day 0. Day 1 is the first full day after your last contact with a person who has had COVID-19. Stay home and away from other people for at least 5 days.
Please notify our office the day before your appointment for instruction regarding your appointment.

To minimize contact with staff and other patients we are limiting the number of patients in our clinic each day. Please contact our office the day before your appointment if you have not received instructions.

COVID-19 and MS Patient Precautions
Per the MS Society: There are simple everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses.
These include:
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
Avoid close contact (at least 3 feet away) with people who are sick.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a flexed elbow or tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
Stay home and contact your primary care provider if you develop symptoms, have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19, or if you have recently traveled from an area with widespread or ongoing community spread of COVID-19.
*If you are a patient on Lemtrada or Ocrevus, please contact our office to setup a telemedicine visit. These treatments can increase your risk of viral infection.
